OUR MEMBERS
Phi Sigma Sigma sisters are lawyers, journalists, psychologists, educators and doctors. They are businesswomen, politicians, mothers, philanthropists and engineers. They realize their dreams, are active members of their communities and serve as leaders of society.
Phi Sigma Sigma collegiate membership provides the foundation for future success. Collegians develop their skills through a variety of experiences, including holding an office, planning events, serving others, cultivating relationships, and attending national and regional conclaves. In addition, all sisters learn time management and fiscal responsibility.
Our national programs focus on the personal development of each sister and foster a commitment to excellence. These programs are based on three core values that define Phi Sigma Sigma: commitment to lifelong learning, inclusiveness and leadership through service.

OUR CORE VALUES
Phi Sigma Sigma members worldwide share values, experiences, and strong bonds that demonstrate true sisterhood. Our core values distinguish Phi Sigma Sigma, unite us in our endeavors and become ingrained in our character. We live our core values when we recruit new members, as we chart the course of our college experience, and as we make decisions about career, family, and community involvement. Phi Sigma Sigma's core values are the basis for both our membership recruitment (Vision) and member development (Reflections) programs.
Lifelong Learning:
The women of Phi Sigma Sigma share a commitment to lifelong learning. We teach each other and learn from each other. We make academic achievement a priority, fostering an environment that encourages our members to reach their highest potential. We Aim High!
Inclusiveness:
Phi Sigma Sigma is a dynamic sisterhood of women with different backgrounds but similar values. Our commitment to inclusiveness binds us, and results in stronger women who embrace individuality and share this philosophy with the world. As the first non-sectarian sorority in the Greek system, embracing individuality remains one of Phi Sigma Sigma's strongest attributes.
Leadership Through Service:
Phi Sigma Sigma's value making a difference in the lives of others. Hence, they become leaders in their communities, their professions, and their sisterhood. Leadership through service comes naturally to our women as we cultivate personal growth by seeking opportunities to serve.
OUR MISSION
To inspire the personal development of each sister and perpetuate the advancement of womanhood.
OUR VISION
Phi Sigma Sigma is a dynamic sisterhood of powerful women fostering uncompromising principles, igniting positive change, and embracing individuality.
OUR LEADERS: SUPREME COUNCIL
The success that Phi Sigma Sigma enjoys today largely is due to the insight, discretion, and passion our Supreme Council has devoted to the Fraternity for nearly a century. These seven dedicated women are the heart of Phi Sigma Sigma and are responsible for our Fraternity. This includes policy-making and all other Fraternity business. These volunteers work closely with Headquarters staff, the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation, Fraternity personnel, NPC delegates and other volunteers.
